Spread across 1.8 million sq ft and nine acres, the
Kohinoor World Towers will have Grade A office spaces, high street retail,
alfresco and allied best in class amenities in Pimpri. Combination of
innovation and effective collaborative spaces with retail and entertainment
avenues within the vicinity were key factors in designing the marquee buildings
by H* Architecture, a global architectural firm.
The five 12-storey towers are IGBC Gold rated
buildings, with usage of eco-friendly landscaping along with elegant and modern
façade designs. They come with 5 levels of parking, cafeterias, club houses,
rooftop lounges, air-conditioned lobbies along with international fire and
safety system, CCTV’s, and smart card entries. They will offer smart-sized
offices of 2,000 sq ft onwards, and large floot plate offices in the range of
25,000 sq ft to 65,000 sq ft, according to the project’s site plan.
