CIDCO puts 182 small residential plots on sale, e-auction on July 15

 CIDCO on Thursday announced a new scheme offering 182 small residential plots for sale in Ghansoli, Airoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel areas through an e-tendering and e-auction process. 

The scheme provides an opportunity to home buyers to develop a house or invest in Navi Mumbai, a planned city with well developed infrastructure and connectivity. “CIDCO has undertook various schemes to provide a relief to the common people along with the real estate sector in the adverse situation of pandemic. Through this scheme, CIDCO has once again provided a golden opportunity for common people to build their dream home, by providing plots at reasonable rates,” said Dr Sanjay Mukherjee, Vice chairman and Managing Director, CIDCO. 

CIDCO has been putting up plots of residential, commercial for sale at regular intervals. Under the new scheme, 182 small residential plots ranging from 40 sq m to 300 sq m will be on offer in nodes such as Ghansoli, Airoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel. The plots with clear title, are offered at affordable rates and guaranteed by CIDCO, according to Mukherjee. 

This scheme will be conducted through e-tendering and e-auction process. The scheme booklet with the detailed information of the scheme including the timetable will be made available on the website https://eauction.cidcoindia.com from June 22, 2021. The bidder registration, application and payment of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) will be conducted from June 22 to July 13, 2021. The e-tender process will be conducted from June 22 to July 14, 2021. Accordingly, the e-auction will be conducted on July 15, 2021.

 Earlier this week, CIDCO had placed 12 large residential, commercial plots on sale. The plots were located in nodes like Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel “This scheme will prove beneficial for the revival of hampered real estate sector due to pandemic and prolonged lockdown. Further, magnificent residential and commercial constructions on large plots will add up to the development of the city,” said Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, VC & MD, CIDCO. The 12 plots under this scheme range from 1,902.43 sq m to 8143.3 sq m and have clear titles. The e-tender process for this scheme will be conducted from June 15 to July 6, 2021 followed by the e-auction on July 8, 2021.
